1. Currency
Our products are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Wherever these prices are indicated in other currencies, they are to be taken as estimates which are based on applicable conversion rates, which may vary from one payment institution to another. In any event of a discrepancy, the prices in MYR shall take precedence. The final prices in any currency other than MYR are as determined by the respective payment institution chosen by the purchaser during check out.
2. Shipping
We ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei using selected courier companies. The delivery times mentioned in this website are based on indications by these companies, which may be affected during peak times such as festive holidays. As such, these delivery times are not guaranteed.
3. Payment
For all orders, payment can be made via any of the payment methods indicated at check out; which include internet banking, manual payment, credit card and instalment plan. For manual payment, purchaser shall transfer the payment separately outside of this website and then notify us of the payment. The purchase shall only be considered complete once we verify that the full payment has been made.
4. Variation from Product Description
Some variations are considered normal in this industry. These do not constitute defects or damage to products which give rise to a claim to us. These variations are elaborated under Return & Exchange Policy herein.
5. Purchase from outside Malaysia
The purchaser shall be responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges which may be levied by authorities in the country of destination in relation to the delivery of the product purchased from us.
